My first ever trackloader demo for the Commodore 64. It’s a single side release, and it required a year of work moreless!
This demo uses the Covert bitops (cadaver’s) fastloader, which is of course faster than stock kernal loading routines, but is not even comparable to the nowadays loaders. Because of this I had to deal with quite long loading times, and I had to mask them with “loading parts” as best as I could. I think I managed to keep the viewer entertained somehow, considering my experience at the time of the release!
I coded the majority of the parts of the demo, but Freshness created the most technically complex parts, which are the sideborder BASIC fade, the double Twister and the Rotozoomer.
